So there is this dam in Kerala, an Indian state and its called Mullaperiyar dam.. it is situated in a place where 2 rivers converge, anyways this dam was built during British rule in India for a 50 year temporary usage period but the government extended the contract to 999 years and also promised to lend water to a near by state
Now the dam has cracks!!!! and i mean really big huge cracks.... There are cracks that run the entire length of dam and now there are earthquakes in this zone...
So basically the dam will collapse any time... and if that happens the water will destroy everything in its way and proceed to overpower 2 big dams causing a chain dam breakdown and thus endangering over 35 lakhs (3.5 million) people and will destroy the geography, culture, heritage, landscapes and property in over 4 districts in Kerala
The government is acting slow... but we cant really wait?
I dont know what to say or what to do....
Now because of continuous rain... the water level is rising... and still no plans to evacuate people...

Hey everyone, so i got back from vacation like a week ago :D
and its been an amazing time with family and friends

So i got my summer vacation like right now....
and i went on my regular news websites... and found this heart breaking news... A young lady, just passed away... wats soo abnormal about this? well first of all the lady died in a Med Colg. ICU at my hometown but more over she was pregnant and she died as her uterus burst open because she couldnt get medical aid at time...even though her family got her to hospital weeks before due date and even bribed the Dr. so she could have a safe trip back home...
But she died... as her uterus burst open and bled to death....
This just scarred my day...
well the doctors had the perfect excuse too... one of the Lady Doctors of the hospital jumped out of an Auto, because the driver attempted to rape her...
First of all... sure you should go help that co worker... but that didnt need every gynacologists in the hospital... what about that young woman who cried in pain till her last breath???
Dont they teach you atleast some sort of ethics in this centuries long medical training...
Noone but one doctor was enough to save her life...
Sure I feel sorry for that lady who jumped out of an Auto too, but seriously man up a little bit, if u feel like someones going to rape you... fight back. Plus you r on an auto, beat him up or strangle him from behind or do something instead of jumping out of a moving vehicle...

But what about that woman who died...??
Her parents and husband are not so rich, they might have borrowed the money to bribe the Dr. too... but then again, 10 months of expectations and care, all just lost at the last moment....? Not even one doctor in that entire hospital thought of the 1000's of patients like her???
Whats the point of calling urself with a Dr. title infront if you forget about the 1000's depended on you....
Now the sad thing is... the authorities dont care if someone dies.... its just the loss of her parents and husband and a newborn baby who never got to enjoy the warmth of his mother....

Soo last week I was in my Bio class and we were learning stuff about Darwin's theory of evolution and one point in this whole section caught my attention
Species
it is defined as a group of animals who can successfully interbreed and produce a fertile offspring.... (although there are many other facts to consider when animals are speciated) anyways
Whats wrong with this statement...?
Nothing at all.....but I stumbled up on one thing....just one thing
Humans....
Humans are a single species.... because we can interbreed and produce fertile offsprings... But when Darwin wrote his book The Origin of Species, those finches that migrated away into the Galapagos became another species over long course of time
Think about this
Arent Humans the same....
According to historians Humans in North and South America developed under isolation- so they developed differently from all of the others.....

My conception of beauty is different from each one of yours....it depends on the fact that we all come from different backgrounds and then if the concept of beauty and love is different for all of us and there are 6 billion humans....How can they interbreed? well they defenitely are breeding BUT isnt that from their own kind...or why would indians try to marry indians even of they are in America or any other place where there is an abundance of Humans.... why dont they interbreed....?
So are we really the same species???? Yes, chemically and biologically I guess but defenitly we exist as mentally/phsychologically different species....
More over- we are just like those finches of galapagos.... when humans are isolated... they change too...and I dont mean isolated between other animals and such....but isolated in a culture and society....
From what i have seen everywhere....same kind will forget same kind........

This is just a question...that i had...if you have any other ideas, i completely respect your perspective as well........ :D :D :D
