Ok, so we were learning about Japanese poetry in our Language Arts class and we came across a type of poetry known as Ranka which is composed of Tankas...
Tankas have a 5-7-5-7-7 syllable format for its 5 lines. So the 1st line would have 5sylablles in the first line, 7 in the 2nd, 5 in 3rd and so on....
Heres my first one Inspired from the picture of Tajmahal at night....

Oh, dew drop of love
Moonlight shining upon you
Is it me or you?
who calls for our once lost loves
River and moon watching us...
